Assembly 

The Kana Bamboo Standing Desk ships in two boxes: one box for the desktop and the other for the frame. While the desktop doesn’t need much assembly (it comes in one piece), the frame requires significant assembly. Some steps in assembling the frame may require a cordless drill, which is not included in the package. 

For the most part, assembling the desk is pretty easy and straightforward, especially if you have got someone to assist you in holding up the parts before tightening the screws with a drill. Even better, there are pre-drilled holes on the frame and desktop for easier setup. You can choose either the left or right side to install the hand switch. The switch itself is sleek and compatible to be used on either side of the desktop. Therefore, your choice of installation all boils down to personal preference.

The desk also ships with several zipper clips to help in cable management. You can use these clips to fasten the power cable and other cables or elements to the underside of the desktop.
