Return & Exchange Policy for Air Purifier
We ship to 48 states in the U.S. from 10 US warehouses via FedEx for
free. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you will be charged the
FedEx posted rate. For orders shipping to Puerto Rico, or any country
other than the U.S., please give us a call at (855) 585-5618.

1. 30-Day Return Policy: Contact us within 30 days of receipt for hassle-free returns. No restocking fee is applied for items returned in "like new" condition. No shipping fee is applied for the return of the item. We don't accept returns after 30 days.

2. 2-Year Direct Exchange Policy: For defects not caused by external or human factors, we offer a direct replacement without the need for return repair during the two-year warranty period.

3. Item Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging, or a $8 repackaging fee will be incurred.
