Thank you for purchasing FlexiSpot products! To ensure your full satisfaction, we offer the following return, exchange and warranty policy. Please carefully review and follow these terms when requesting a return, exchange, or warranty.

Return & Exchange Policy for Massage Chair

1. Free Cancellation

• Within 24 hours and before shipment: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and the product has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.

2. Refund Timeline

• Within 30 Days of Delivery: You can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and does not affect resale.
• RMA Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from FlexiSpot's Customer Service Department (contact@flexispot.com). No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA.

3. Return Fees

• Return shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all shipping costs to and from our warehouse and all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to FlexiSpot. Flexispot is not responsible for any costs incurred in returning the product. If damage occurs during shipping to the customer's address, we will send a replacement part or a new device, depending on the case. All of our massage chairs come with a warranty after 30 days.

4. Return Requirements

• Packaging Requirements: All returned merchandise must be in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition with all original parts and accessories. Any damage (wear, scratches, odors and other defects), missing parts and accessories to the massage chair are the responsibility of the customer and may incur additional charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the returned merchandise is not in the required condition, additional charges may apply, which may affect the refund amount.

5. Exchange and Return Processing Time

• If you request an exchange, we will ship you a new item after we receive and process the returned product, subject to stock availability. If you request a return, we will process your refund within 7-10 days after inspecting the returned product, minus the shipping and return costs.

6. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or special order items.
• Items that have been used or cannot be restored to their original condition.

7. Special Circumstances

• Delayed Processing: In exceptional cases (such as weather, holidays, or force majeure), return and exchange processing may be delayed. We will do our best to communicate with customers and provide the best possible solution.

Warranty for Massage Chair

1. Warranty Period

• Two-year warranty: If your eligible product is deemed defective due to defective parts, workmanship or construction within the first 2 years of purchase, we will replace or repair it at no charge to you. Onsite labor repair is free of charge for the first year, and labor charges are applicable for the second year. All parts and replacement accessories are borne by FlexiSpot. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is valid for the warranty period. Please note that any repair, replacement or refund during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty period.

2. FlexiSpot Warranty Limitations

• The warranty is not transferable and does not cover any damage or loss caused by:

  • Use in a commercial or corporate environment; failure to follow operating instructions; electrical interference and power surges; dropping the product; including but not limited to the remote control; damage caused by improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquakes, tornadoes, fire, floods); loss of use during product repair; product purchased from an unauthorized dealer; alteration or modification from the original condition; theft; negligence; unauthorized repairs; power failure.

  • Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Fabric fading, wear and pilling do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Failure of attachment points such as stitching, Velcro and zippers does not constitute a defect under this warranty.

  • In no event shall FlexiSpot or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, medical treatment, etc.), even if either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Warranty is valid only within the contiguous 48 states of the United States, provided the device has been operated in accordance with the instructions included with it. All warranties begin on the date of purchase. FlexiSpot will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable timeframe.

  By purchasing, you agree to these terms. No liability is assumed for any items damaged and/or lost en route to the designated address. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier.

3. Warranty Process

• Repair/Replacement: If a product is found to be defective upon inspection, FlexiSpot will, at its sole discretion, provide a repair, replacement, or refund. The specific method of action is determined by FlexiSpot.
• Replacement Product: If the same product is no longer available, FlexiSpot will provide a replacement product of equal value to the originally purchased product as a replacement to ensure a fair solution for the customer.
