Return & Exchange Policy for Recliners and Sofas

• 1. Free Cancellation
  • Within 24 hours and before shipment: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and the product has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.
• 2. Refund Timeline
  • Within 30 days of delivery: You can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and does not affect resale.
  • RMA Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from FlexiSpot's Customer Service Department (contact@flexispot.com). No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA.
• 3. Return Fees
  • Restocking Fee: Customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
• 4. Return Requirements
  • Packaging Requirements: All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. If the item is not returned in the required condition, a $30 repackaging fee will be charged, which may affect the refund amount.
• 5. Exchange and Return Processing Time
  • If you request an exchange, a new item will be shipped after the return product is received and processed, depending on stock availability. If you request a return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 days after the returned product is inspected, with a 20% restocking fee deducted.
• 6. Defective Products
  • Free Replacement: If a product is defective within 30 days, you can request a free replacement. After 30 days, returns and exchanges will be processed according to our warranty policy.
  • Shipping Costs: If the return or exchange is due to a defective product, FlexiSpot will cover the return shipping costs.
• 7. Non-returnable Items
  The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Custom-made or special order items.
  • Items that have been used or cannot be restored to their original condition.
• 8. Special Circumstances
  • Delayed Processing: In exceptional cases (such as weather, holidays, or force majeure), return and exchange processing may be delayed. We will do our best to communicate with customers and provide the best possible solution.
