      • After mounting the monitor, adjust the display height. If the monitor cannot stay at the desired height, adjust the tension screw on the back of the arm.
      • This monitor arm is factory-calibrated for monitors weighing 11–13 lbs. For lighter monitors, turn the tension knob toward “–” to reduce tension; for heavier monitors, turn it toward “+”.

      We ship to 48 states in the U.S. from 10 US warehouses via FedEx for free. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you will be charged the FedEx posted rate. For orders shipping to Puerto Rico, or any country other than the U.S., please give us a call at(855) 585-5618.
