Return & Exchange Policy for Power Recliner

• 1. 
  30-Day Return Policy: Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for hassle-free returns. A restocking fee of 15% applies to returns. If you wish to exchange your item, please purchase the replacement first. Price differences will be settled after the exchange. The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days have passed.

  Item Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging, or a $30 repackaging fee will be incurred. To qualify for returns or exchanges, the items must be in new, unused condition and free of stains, damages, or odor.

• 4. Exceptions:
  • Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival must be reported immediately.
  • Clearance items are final and non-returnable, except for items that are damaged upon arrival.
  • If the total discount offered during a promotional period depends on the order's total cost, and a part of your order is canceled after purchase, the total discount you receive may be reduced. In such cases, the refundable amount may be adjusted.
