Waffle-loving designer Lily was inspired one day and decided to create a recliner with her favourite food.

1. Free Cancellation
- Within 24 hours and before shipment: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and the product has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund.

- Within 30 days of delivery: You can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and does not affect resale.
- RMA Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from FlexiSpot's Customer Service Department (contact@flexispot.com). No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA.

3. Return Fees
- Restocking Fee: Customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.

4. Return Requirements
- Packaging Requirements: All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. If the item is not returned in the required condition, a $30 repackaging fee will be charged, which may affect the refund amount.

5. Exchange and Return Processing Time
- If you request an exchange, a new item will be shipped after the return product is received and processed, depending on stock availability. If you request a return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 days after the returned product is inspected, with a 20% restocking fee deducted.

- Free Replacement: If a product is defective within 30 days, you can request a free replacement. After 30 days, returns and exchanges will be processed according to our warranty policy.
- Shipping Costs: If the return or exchange is due to a defective product, FlexiSpot will cover the return shipping costs.
