We can't seem to get away from sitting as we must be at our workstations working. So any exercise is preferable to nothing at all. Standing desks and frequent breaks are most effective in the workplace, whether at home or at the office. Using a standing desk will put your feet firmly planted on the ground while also allowing you to stand upright and with a healthy spine.
